Prioritisation of Substances of Very High Concern

The Process

► Public Consultation

The Public Consultation typically runs from June to September each year. ECHA and Member State Competent Authorities increasingly insist on having contributions that are substantiated by solid data. General statements and political talk are not taken into consideration.

Do not utter political statements or one-liners in contributions to Public Consultations.
Do include during the consultation all the relevant information which could influence the Latest Application Date and Sunset Date.
