Prioritisation of Substances of Very High Concern

Briefing for Industry Action

► Proactivity

Industry can still try and optimise the reception of its case by nurturing a constructive dialogue with Member State Competent Authorities as well as ECHA and the EU Commission.

Industry can also proactively set up the structure that will assist the value chain and lead it through the preparation of the Application for Authorisation.
